4. Nature of Aurum's Services

Aurum is a private wealth management service. It is not:

• A regulated investment manager, fund manager, or discretionary portfolio manager
• A bank or deposit-taking institution
• A licensed financial advisor in any jurisdiction
• A law firm or tax advisor

Aurum provides structuring, advisory, and introductory services. All investments are made directly by clients through their own legal structures. Aurum does not hold client funds at any point.

Vault instruments available through Aurum are issued on the T3RRA platform under the L3RS-1 standard, governed by the L3RS Foundation. Aurum is not the issuer of these instruments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the design and compilation thereof — is the property of Aurum or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission
• Use Aurum's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission
• Frame or mirror the Site on any other website

The L3RS-1 specification is an open standard governed by the L3RS Foundation (l3rs.foundation) and published under royalty-free terms. Use of the specification is governed by the Foundation's published licence and trademark policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites including t3rra.co, l3rs.foundation, and calendly.com. These links are provided for convenience only. Aurum does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing a linked site is at your own risk.

7.1 No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Aurum does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Aurum is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws. All client engagements are subject to standard AML/KYC due diligence consistent with Georgian National Bank requirements and international anti-money laundering standards.

Aurum reserves the right to decline any engagement, terminate any client relationship, and report matters to relevant authorities where required by law.

By submitting the client brief form or entering into any engagement with Aurum, you consent to reasonable AML/KYC checks being conducted on you and any connected persons or entities.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
